Kevin was certainly gracious responding to my odd questions about the company. Anyone else probably would’ve hung up on me!And as soon as I met him I knew my rugs were in good hands. This is saying a lot because one of the rugs was a gift from my parents before they passed away and I was not going to hand that one over to just anyone!
